The over-arching goal of CPL is to stimulate the substantially increased utilization by employers of people 50+ in productive activities where they are qualified and willing to do so. This entails developing flexible workplace options for people who want to work on less than a full-time basis, phased retirement programs, and other ways of utilizing this large and growing talent pool.

Success stories of companies employing older workers will be posted on this website to demonstrate the economic value added by taking maximum advantage of this large and growing talent pool.
